Investment Associate

Mr. Heilmann is a member of the research and analysis group, supporting both the domestic and international investment teams. In this capacity, Cooper provides analytical support on acquisitions, dispositions, and special projects. He also supports the Funds Management team on operations and investment reporting. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Heilmann worked with the investment team at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners to build out their ESG and biodiversity strategy. Prior to that, Cooper was a portfolio analyst with Manulife Investment Management, Timber and Agriculture, supporting the team’s investment decision making and fundraising efforts. Mr. Heilmann holds a BA in Economics from University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA in Sustainability from Copenhagen Business School.
