Global Forest Partners has been actively involved in timberland investing for over 20 years. We currently manage USD2.0 billion in assets for 80 institutional and other qualified investors through 13 closed-end commingled timberfunds and other special mandates. Ten additional commingled timberfunds conceived by predecessor entities have been liquidated by the current investment team, which has generated important "round trip" experience. (see reporting standards for additional information) Current team members have conducted over USD2.0 billion of forestry purchases and sales, and raised over USD2.8 billion for strategies based on sustainable plantation forestry.
